MiHeSo Jamun Overnight Oats is our No Added Sugar take on your favourite Overnight Oats, inspired by Jamun – the much-loved Indian seasonal fruit. It combines rolled oats, Jamun, almonds, seeds, prebiotic fibre (FOS), added probiotics and calcium in a convenient single-serve breakfast.
Unlike our other Overnight Oats flavours that are sweetened with jaggery, Jamun Overnight Oats has no added sugar. Each 60g serving contains 0g added sugar and 3.3g total sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
Jamun is a familiar seasonal fruit that has been enjoyed in Indian households for generations and has a long history of use in traditional Indian food practices. Its distinctive sweet-tangy taste and deep purple character made it an exciting choice for our newest Overnight Oats flavour.
We wanted to bring this quintessentially Indian fruit into a modern breakfast format – and pair it with a No Added Sugar formulation.
The biggest difference is simple: 0g added sugar.
Our classic Overnight Oats flavours are sweetened with jaggery. Jamun Overnight Oats has been specially formulated without added sugar and contains FOS (fructooligosaccharides), a prebiotic fibre. You still get the MiHeSo goodness of rolled oats, almonds, seeds, added probiotics and calcium – now in a distinctly Indian Jamun flavour.

Jamun Overnight Oats contains FOS (fructooligosaccharides) as part of its formulation. FOS is a type of prebiotic fibre and has a mildly sweet taste, helping us create a delicious breakfast without adding sugar, jaggery or stevia.
FOS stands for fructooligosaccharides. It is a type of prebiotic fibre. Prebiotics serve as food for beneficial bacteria naturally present in the gut.
We use FOS in our Jamun Overnight Oats formulation, which also contains added probiotics – giving you both prebiotic fibre and probiotics in your breakfast.
MiHeSo Jamun Overnight Oats has no added sugar and contains 3.3g total sugars per 60g serving. However, it is a regular food product and is not intended to prevent, treat or manage diabetes or any other medical condition.
If you have diabetes or need to manage your carbohydrate or sugar intake for a medical reason, please consider the complete nutrition information and consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional about whether the product is suitable for your individual diet.
Overnight Oats are prepared by soaking rather than cooking. The overnight soak allows the rolled oats and seeds to hydrate and soften, giving them their signature creamy texture without having to cook your breakfast in the morning.
Simply add milk at night, refrigerate and wake up to a delicious breakfast that's ready when you are.
We have done the mixing for you. Each single-serve sachet brings together rolled oats, Jamun, almonds, seeds, prebiotic fibre (FOS), added probiotics, calcium and other carefully selected ingredients in the right proportions.
No measuring multiple ingredients and no assembling your breakfast from scratch. Just open a sachet, add milk, refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
Absolutely! You can prepare it with dairy milk or a plant-based milk of your choice. We recommend using an unsweetened milk so you can enjoy the Jamun flavour and sweetness of the Overnight Oats as intended.
We don't recommend preparing it with water as it can significantly affect the creamy texture and overall taste.
Not at all. We love our Overnight Oats chilled, but you can enjoy them warm too. Prepare and soak them overnight as usual, then gently warm them before eating or allow them to come to room temperature after taking them out of the refrigerator.
If you forgot to soak your oats the night before, add piping hot milk to the contents of the sachet, cover for 15–20 minutes until softened, and enjoy.
That's how we recommend enjoying it! Overnight soaking allows the oats and seeds to hydrate properly and creates the creamy texture that makes Overnight Oats different from regular oatmeal.
Just add milk at night, refrigerate and your breakfast is waiting for you the next morning.
Probiotics are beneficial microorganisms. MiHeSo Jamun Overnight Oats contains added Bacillus coagulans, providing 2 billion CFU per 60g serving.
Jamun Overnight Oats also contains FOS, a prebiotic fibre, along with dietary fibre – making it a thoughtfully formulated addition to your everyday breakfast routine.
Yes, Jamun Overnight Oats can be enjoyed as part of a varied and balanced diet. Each convenient single-serve sachet makes breakfast simple – just add milk, refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
Absolutely. You can prepare your Overnight Oats ahead and keep them refrigerated. For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming the prepared Overnight Oats within 3 days.
