Delivery

We deliver pan India using trusted third party courier services.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, as estimated in your order confirmation.

In the rare event that delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control—such as unreliable courier services, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure—we will inform you and cancel your order, issuing a full refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations will incur a 10% transaction fee. If you need to cancel after dispatch, please refuse the order upon delivery. Once our delivery partner marks the shipment as “RTO (Return to origin) initiated,” we will cancel your order and process your refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days and/or as per RBI guidelines.

Returns Policy

Since our products are perishable once opened, we request you to reach out to us with your feedback and concern, we will try our best to address that. However, we do not offer any return policy. No returns will be accepted for merchandise orders unless a defected unit has been shipped.
