We wanted to bring some of our favourite food experiences together in a gift people can enjoy beyond the day they receive it: creamy Overnight Oats for the mornings ahead, Mind Crunch for snack time and a candle for a quiet moment.

Each box contains five individually packed, single-serve MiHeSo Overnight Oats boxes (60g each), one jar of Mind Crunch Trail Mix (approximately 300g), one scented candle and a small MiHeSo product guide. They come in the kraft gift box with its plum sleeve. Milk, serving bowls, spoons and toppings shown in lifestyle photographs are not included.

The five packs are selected from Chocolate, Mango, Mixed Berries, Rose Thandai and Banana Caramel, depending on availability. We aim to include a variety, but flavours may repeat. The box contains five single servings in total; it does not guarantee one of each flavour.

Our Overnight Oats are made with rolled oats and ingredients such as almonds, raisins and seeds, with added probiotics and calcium. Ingredients and allergens vary by flavour. Please read the ingredient list on each individual pack before serving, especially if the recipient has a food allergy or dietary restriction.

Empty one 60g serving into a bowl or jar, add approximately 150ml of milk, mix and refrigerate for 7–8 hours or overnight. Stir before eating and add toppings if you like. Dairy or unsweetened plant-based milk can be used; milk is not included in the gift box.

Yes. For a warm bowl, add approximately 150ml of piping-hot milk to one pack, stir, cover and leave for 15–20 minutes until softened. For the classic creamy Overnight Oats texture, we recommend soaking them overnight.

Mind Crunch is MiHeSo’s sweet-savoury trail mix made with nuts, seeds and dried fruit, including almonds, cashews and raisins. Its recipe also includes Ayurvedic-inspired ingredients such as ashwagandha, brahmi and curcumin. Enjoy a handful on its own or add it to a breakfast bowl. The food products contain ingredients including tree nuts and seeds. Mind Crunch may also contain traces of peanuts, soy, sesame or other allergens due to shared facilities. The ingredients and precautionary statements for the Overnight Oats depend on the flavours included. If the recipient has an allergy, check every individual pack label before gifting or consuming it.

Please check the nutrition and ingredient information on each food pack. Several MiHeSo Overnight Oats flavours are sweetened with jaggery, and Mind Crunch has its own ingredient profile. This box should not be presented as sugar-free or as suitable for a particular medical diet.

Yes, one small scented candle is included alongside the food products. It is a separate, non-food item. Keep it away from children, flammable materials and the food packs when lit, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

The contents come arranged in a kraft gift box with a decorative plum sleeve, so it is designed to be presented as a gift. A separate outer carton may be used to protect it during courier delivery. The enclosed MiHeSo guide explains the products; it is not a personalised greeting card.

Yes. Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and check their phone number and address carefully before placing the order. Delivery depends on courier serviceability at the destination. If the gift is for a particular date, order in advance and use the delivery estimate shown at checkout as a guide.

Each sealed Overnight Oats pack and the Mind Crunch jar carries its own best-before date and storage instructions. Check these on the products you receive. Store unopened food packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; after opening Mind Crunch, close the jar tightly and follow its label instructions.
