Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
All cancellations will incur a 10% transaction fee. Please contact us at hello@miheso.in, and we will respond within 24 working hours. For cancellations after dispatch, kindly inform us of your reason for cancellation and refuse the order upon delivery. Once our delivery partner updates the status to “RTO (Return to origin) initiated,” we will process the refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Replacements for Damages:
If you receive an item with genuine damage or a manufacturing defect, please reach out to hello@miheso.in within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and videos of the package and its contents, including the shipping label and invoice slip. We will assist you with a replacement or issue a refund.
Replacements for Order Mismatch/Missing Items:
If you receive incorrect or missing items, please contact hello@miheso.in within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and videos of the package and its contents, including the shipping label and invoice slip. We will assist you with a replacement or process a refund.
Returns:
Due to our food safety and hygience, we do not accept return requests for items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
However, we would like to hear from you for your feedback.
