Banana Caramel Oats Tart - MiHeSo


  • 3 packs MiHeSo Banana Caramel Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 3pc Banana, cut in slices
  • 3 tbsp Meringue


  • In a bowl combine together oats, honey, dessicated coconut and ghee. Once combined, add it to a greased tart shell.
  • Bake it for 25 mins at 180° C.
  • Add caramel sauce to the baked tart shell and then top it with bananas.
  • Lastly, add meringue and using a blow torch burn the meringue tops.
