- 3 packs MiHeSo Banana Caramel Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
- 3pc Banana, cut in slices
- 3 tbsp Meringue
- In a bowl combine together oats, honey, dessicated coconut and ghee. Once combined, add it to a greased tart shell.
- Bake it for 25 mins at 180° C.
- Add caramel sauce to the baked tart shell and then top it with bananas.
- Lastly, add meringue and using a blow torch burn the meringue tops.
