Yes, MiHeSo Overnight Oats are tested and certified gluten free.
We love our Overnight Oats chilled but you can totally have it warm as well. If you would like to have it warm, we suggest warming the overnight soaked oats or letting the oats come to room temperature after taking it out from the refrigerator.
If you forgot to soak the oats beforehand, you can prepare it hot by adding piping hot milk to the contents of the sachet and keeping it covered for 15-20 mins until softened.
Absolutely! You can use any milk of your choice to make these. However, we recommend using unsweetened milk as our Overnight Oats are already sweetened with jaggery.
Please don’t use water to make Overnight Oats. It will greatly affect the taste and overall experience. Think of it as eating cereal with water!

We have deliberately made it extra smooth and velvety to make it perfect for spreading, drizzling, baking, or just eating it out of jar with a spoon! We don’t add any emulsifier or additional oil to make it runny, it is only the natural oils from the roasted peanuts.
Oil separation from peanut butter/peanut spreads is a natural process in non-stabilized nut butters (in which additional stabilizers are not added) soon after they are manufactured and since we do not add any stabilizer, emulsifier (or any other artificial ingredient) in our peanut spread, it may require stirring the oil back prior to use. It is the peanut oil from the peanuts themselves, it is NOT added additionally.
Please do not drain the natural oil in the top layer of the peanut spread and stir the oil back in with a knife right down to the bottom of the jar. This will ensure that the bottom part doesn’t dry out and remains spreadable and the top layer isn’t too oily. Storing the jar upside down may also help.
Though our peanut spreads may be stored at room temperature, but we recommend refrigeration, once opened to slow down the naturally occurring oil separation process and to maintain the product’s optimum flavour.
